Open Access Policy and Article Processing Charges

Sophia Research Review (SRR), published by Sophia Editions, provides immediate and free open access to all its content, based on the principle that research results should be available to the academic community and society, thereby promoting the exchange and dissemination of scientific knowledge.

SRR follows a Diamond Open Access model. Readers may freely access, read, and download published content, while authors are not required to make any payments at any stage of the editorial process.

Currently, Sophia Editions is the source of funding for SRR and provides the resources necessary for its operation and editorial sustainability. This funding does not influence or condition the processes of manuscript evaluation, selection, acceptance, or rejection.

Sophia Editions and SRR do not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs). No fees are charged for manuscript submission, peer review, editing, typesetting, or publication, nor are there any other charges associated with the editorial process. Manuscript acceptance depends exclusively on compliance with the academic, scientific, ethical, and editorial criteria established by the journal.

Any future changes related to funding sources, Article Processing Charges (APCs), or other editorial fees will be publicly disclosed on the SRR website and promptly communicated to the relevant information and registration systems, where applicable.
